You can even watch airplanes land from the balcony without any noise from the airport.
With its location and semi-short-term availability (3 months is the shortest term allowed by the building), it is perfect for students, flight attendants and traveling nurses.
Amenities include: walk-in closet, large shower/bathtub, pool, hot tub, BBQs, billiards and ping-pong, pickleball court, rooftop terrace, gym, and much more!
I am looking for someone clean, stable (financially AND mentally), friendly and kind.

About me: I work very long hours as a rideshare driver and I often come home VERY late at night.
Most of the time, I am quiet, but hey, sometimes, a small party breaks out.
There is a giant 65" TV and home theater system and the apartment is smart with many automations set up.
It is an Apple-based system, so, having an iPhone is probably required.
I love to cook and like the outdoors as much as indoors.
