Who We Are Looking For: We are looking for industry professionals with stable M-F jobs.
Maturity and cleanliness are key, and since we have roommates that work from home during the week, respect during work hours and weeknights is a must.
Although we work hard and are focused during the week, feel free to let loose and enjoy the Beverly house lifestyle over the weekends!
House Includes: Vaulted living room, lots of sunlight, and a guest room/loft.
The entire house has 4,500 square feet of living space including an elevator, washer and dryer in the laundry room, screening room with HD projector, and sauna.
We also have a rooftop with unobstructed views of the Beverly canyons and an additional patio on the 5th floor with a fire pit and outdoor furniture.
The location gives you a great commute to pretty much anywhere in BH, WeHo, the Valley, and the Westside.
It is in a very quiet neighborhood off of Coldwater on N Beverly Drive and is within a mile of one of the best hiking trails in LA.
Plenty of non-restricted street parking and tons of storage space within the house.
Current roommates are in the entertainment / tech industry.
Room Description: Conveniently located on the 4th on the same floor as the laundry room and tucked away at the end of the hallway.
Connected en suite bathroom, large walk-in closet, and additional closet space behind dual pane glass sliding door mirrors.
Room is currently listed as unfurnished.
Rent is $1600 plus utilities (extremely fast WiFi, electricity, water, and garbage).
Unfortunately rent is not negotiable as the house includes many non-standard amenities and is in one of the most desirable locations in CA.
Additional Details: No pets allowed in any of the rooms.
First month’s rent payment plus an additional month’s worth of rent as a security deposit required upon move in.
