$1,395 Room for Rent (near Beverly Hills) (Los Angeles)

Hi We are a simple,quiet,respectful,professional couple in our mid 50's looking to rent our spare bedroom (with your own bathroom and lot's of closet space) in an older building in West LA area near Beverly Hills, Century City and Culver City (we are smack in the middle of it all).
We prefer someone that works outside of the home.
No pets, no drugs, no smoking (of any kind) and no over night guests.
Rent price will include all utilities, cable with HBO and WiFi and will be due the 1 st of every month.
We will also require a $300.
00 deposit that will be returned as long as we are given a 30 day notice when moving out and if room and bathroom are left as you found it.
Room available as of April 1 st and can be shown by appointment on the weekends.
