You will have your own bed, but you will not have a separate room.
The studio has a separate kitchen and a large balcony.
The furniture in the apartment is new.
You don't have to buy anything.
There is a washing machine and dryer on the ground floor.
The studio is located in Santo Monica, 2 minutes walk to the ocean, 3 minutes walk to Promenade Street and another 2 minutes to Montana Ave.
The area is comfortable and safe within walking distance of many restaurants, cinemas, shops.
You will have your own parking space in the underground parking lot.
