We have 3 cats and 9 dogs, a lizard, 3 rats and 3 goldfish, and still manage to keep everyone separate and happy.
1st and lastmonths rent plus a $300 deposit moves you in.
MONTH TO MONTH AGREEMENT ( just cuz we don't believe on leases).
