Chill roommates looking for the right person to fill a room in our killer Mar Vista House.
You would have a private room in this large 4 bedroom 3 bath house + garage & office.
Bathroom would only be shared with one clean roommate.
Walking distance to Bluey's, El Chucho, Pitfire, Kusta and more.
The house is very spacious with well lit living room and kitchen.
It was a fresh remodel when we moved in, has nice appliances and great landlord.
Large fenced in yard with patio, BBQ, smoker, fire pit and nice landscaped front and back yard.
Great vibe, mellow parking, easy going fun roommates- late 20's to mid 30's.
We'd prefer someone somewhat around our age.
Mostly we just want someone that will fit the vibe of the house well.
There's also a two car garage that is used for shared storage (surfboards, camping gear, misc.
).
New washer and dryer and extra fridge in the garage.
Street parking directly in front of house with plenty of parking available (you can always easily park right out front).
