Hi! I have a room for rent in a beautiful and spacious 2-bedroom condo in Marina del Rey just a few minutes’ walk to the beach.
I am looking for a responsible person.
No smoking or illegal drugs.
The room comes furnished with a new full-sized bed, desk, TV, bookshelf, floor lamp, large closet, and storage cabinets.
I work from home several days a week so I am only looking for a person that works days Monday through Friday.
I am a registered dietitian and love nature, music and art.
I have a cat.
Amenities include: - Private Bathroom with tub and shower - Washer/Dryer - Dishwasher - Pool/Hot Tub - Utilities such as water, power, cable, internet.
This would be a 3 to 6 month rental, but can be extended.
