All of our units are fully furnished including tableware, kitchenware, appliances and bedding essentials: we provide a mattress protector, bed sheets, a comforter, pillows, towels, coat hangers and a laundry hamper — you keep the bed sheets, comforter, and towels.
In each room you'll find a full sized bed; wardrobes; full desk set-up; 55" smart TV; mini fridge; central AC; and high-speed WiFi.
Our rental prices include all of your utilities like water, gas, electricity and WiFi as well as a monthly cleaning service to help maintain the unit — they clean the kitchen and living room by default and can clean your bedroom as well for no extra cost upon request.

We offer flexible lease terms between 1 and 12 months, but longer leases have better prices ⏤ you'll find the best prices on a 9+ month lease.
