I have a fully furnished bedroom available around March1st in my light bright 3 bedroom/2 bathroom Santa Monica apartment.
The bedroom is fully furnished with a queen bed and a second full size loft bed, so it can work for one person or 2 friends.
It also has a large dresser with mirror and spacious walk-in closet.
Study desk and lamp.
Perfect for visitors to Santa Monica.
Short terms of 1 to 3 months are fine, or longer terms may be considered, but I do prefer shorter terms as I enjoy meeting new people.
Month-to-month agreement, no long-term lease to sign.

This is a very nice room that I built in my living room with walls made out of Japanese Rice Paper Shoji Screens and ceiling-to-floor curtains for privacy ~ see photos above of the room, as well as the kitchen and the bathroom, and of many past roommates I have hosted from all over the world ~ Denmark, China, France, Sweden, Canada, Russia, Czech Republic, Sri Lanka, Italy, Germany, Saudi Arabia and many other countries.
As part of your room you have a balcony with a nice view of a courtyard filled with fruit trees.
Your rent will be $850 per month for one person or $1050 per month ($575 each) for two friends.
No couples please.
I ask a small $500 fully refundable security deposit per person.
