Nati Boutique, a rapidly growing boutique retailer, is looking for experienced and service-oriented Sales Associates to join our fun-loving and hardworking teams at our flagship store on Abbot Kinney in Venice!
As a Sales Associate, you will assist customers with their shopping needs and ensure an excellent shopping experience.

Responsibilities
Arrive on time and ready to work all assigned days.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Deliver a high level of customer service by welcoming customers into the store, assisting customers with clothing selection, ensuring that fitting room(s) are ready for customers by promptly clearing out merchandise and returning it to the sales floor, processing transactions accurately and with a sense of urgency, and bagging items.
Accurately execute end-of-day settlements.
Assist with restocking items and overall inventory management.
Maintain product knowledge by familiarizing yourself with store inventory and soliciting product information from co-workers.
Communicate customer questions, concerns, and/or feedback to the team in an appropriate time frame.
Demonstrate a professional and warm attitude that encourages a strong sense of teamwork, especially during fast paced peak hours/seasons.
Provide a professional and friendly phone experience when answering store phone calls.
Qualifications
A passion and true talent for Sales.
Minimum one year of fashion retail sales experience, highly preferred.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields, preferred.
Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent, preferred.
Must have open availability to work regular weekend shifts and some holidays.
Must be willing to work as a part of a team and collaborate effectively.
Able to establish and maintain a good rapport with coworkers and customers.
A positive, outgoing, and engaging personality - able to initiate contact with the customers and identify their shopping needs.
High level of integrity and attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Able to receive feedback from customers and remain calm under pressure.
Desire and motivation to go above and beyond the call of duty - proactive rather than reactive mindset.
Must be able to stand for 8 hours, carry up to 50lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.
