This role will be required to be trained and work in all areas of the selling floor.
This associate must be excited to SMILE and work in a fun, fast paced environment to make every interaction a positive unforgettable experience for our guests while driving business metrics.

• Must have the ability to move swiftly throughout crowded stores during peak hours • Must have the capability to positively engage customer at a high-volume store with diverse customer base • Ability to work nights, weekends, AND holidays • No retail experience is required, is preferred.

• Balances serving multiple Guests and completing multiple tasks • Proactively recovers shop floor by restocking, folding, sizing and detailing standards to protect the stores appearance RESPONSIBILITY FOR BUSINESS RESULTS: • Contributes to and is knowledgeable of store Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
