- Knowledge of market trends and industry best practices to drive business growth
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as record keeping, scheduling, and inventory management
- Previous experience in sales or sales management is highly desirable
- Retail management experience is a plus
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is preferred
