*Responsibilities:*
Customer assistance: Greeting customers, providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, and offering assistance in finding products or answering questions.
Product knowledge: Developing a comprehensive understanding of the store's products or services to effectively assist customers and make recommendations based on their needs.
Sales and upselling: Actively engaging with customers to promote products, explain features and benefits, and upsell or cross-sell additional items to maximize sales.
Cashier duties: Operating cash registers, processing payments, handling returns and exchanges, and maintaining accurate transaction records.
Merchandising: Ensuring products are properly displayed, stocked, and organized on the sales floor, following visual merchandising guidelines to enhance the overall presentation and appeal.
Inventory management: Assisting with inventory control, including monitoring stock levels, restocking shelves, and conducting regular inventory counts.
Customer service: Resolving customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner, escalating issues to management if necessary, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Store maintenance: Keeping the sales floor, fitting rooms, and other areas clean, tidy, and organized, including performing basic housekeeping tasks and restocking supplies.
Sales tracking and reporting: Documenting sales transactions, tracking sales metrics, and providing reports to management on sales performance and customer feedback.
Team collaboration: Collaborating with colleagues and maintaining effective communication to ensure a cohesive and productive work environment.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, social media, or other related fields
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to build rapport with customers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong negotiation skills
