As a Studio Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, assisting with product selection, and maintaining a clean and organized studio environment.
This position is located in Ovation Hollywood
Duties:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product recommendations and information to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and sales events
- Assist with restocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and maintaining visual merchandising standards Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and courteous manner
- Contribute to a positive work environment by demonstrating teamwork, reliability, and enthusiasm
Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual highly desired (English/Korean)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills and proficiency in using POS systems
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
