· Inventory Management: Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure the availability of vehicles that meet consumer demands and preferences.
· Marketing and Promotions: Work closely with the marketing department to develop and execute marketing strategies and promotions to boost sales.
· Reporting and Analysis: Monitor sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management, and adjust strategies as necessary to meet sales objectives.
· Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and potential for new products and services.
*Requirements:*
· Proven Experience: Previous experience as an Automotive Sales Manager or similar role, preferably with GM products.
· Leadership Skills: Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
