Job Title: Front Desk Agent FT/PT Location: Los Angeles 90048 Hanok K-Beauty is a BRAND NEW 4500sqft aesthetic spa focused on natural derived products and services with Korean beauty culture at it's core.
Hanok K-Beauty is seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Front Desk Agent at our aesthetic spa.
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel in customer service, and possess excellent organizational skills, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities: Greet and welcome clients with a warm and professional demeanor.
Manage incoming calls and inquiries, providing accurate information and assistance.
Schedule appointments and ensure the smooth flow of daily operations.
Process payments and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with the spa team to ensure a seamless and pleasant customer experience.
Requirements: Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role is preferred.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Proficient in using computer systems and basic office software.
Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of inquiries.
Bilingual English and Korean highly desired.
Genuine interest and a general scope of knowledge for K-Beauty products and aesthetics facials a huge plus.
