Seeking Another Female For Roommate/Home-Share Situation - Legitimate Low Rent Exchange.
We are placing this post for our female family member.
She is self sufficient, sweet and intelligent but is currently dealing with post traumatic stress disorder (cptsd,) and has difficulty staying in her home overnight or for too long by herself.
We're looking for another female, someone who stays home a lot or is a home-body type person.
Possibly with remote work or school, .

or who is retired.
This would be a good place for doing one's business; remote work or school (WiFi available), TV, cooking, studies, hobbies, etc.

The place is a two story town-home.
At the moment the living room is separate, and is being used as large bedroom, however there is also a spare bedroom that could possibly be emptied and used instead.
(would require work, since currently only storage).
Appropriate applicant would be very kind and compassionate, honest and reliable, with their own income and some positive references.
The ability to assist with organizing or cleaning would certainly be a nice help, .

but, beyond being a gentle support at times, the consistent presence of a nice, calm and caring person is the attribute in which we're most interested.
The home is located between Studio City and Burbank.
There is a first floor living room with bed (pictured), a kitchen, laundry, and a spare upstairs bathroom.
(The additional spare bedroom is potential, but would take some work and organizing)
