Non smoker looking for place (West LA, Westside, South Bay,)

I’m a professional male looking for a share situation in apartment or house.
With a male or female.
I don’t smoke anything.
So I cannot live somewhere if roommate smokes.
Occasionally I drink.
Ideally I’d like a sharing situation where I only stay to take shower, maybe make a microwave meal and sleep.
Often I eat outside.
I’ll not be home from middle morning to late evening.
In fact, if you’ve a comfortable couch, that may work too.
I prefer West LA, Westside, South Bay, Culver City, Santa Monica, Venice, Marina del Rey, Playa del Rey, Westchester, Mar Vista, Palms.
