A little about my situation.

I currently reside in South Central Los Angeles, renting a portion of a re modeled basement/room.
I've lived here for going on 2 years.
My reason for leaving is my current landlord has decided to sale the home and move out of state.
Therefore leaving me in a very stressful situation.
I work full-time and finding a new home, while working and tending to other obligations is very time consuming.
I need to vacate ideally no later then the 6th of May.
The sooner the better! Lol
Now, a little about myself.

I'm easy going and consider myself being very adaptable to situations.
Im known to make the best outta whatever comes my way! I'm not a picky person and just need a lil break in life so to speak.
Lol Not looking for handouts or anything creepy or weird.
I work.

Alot! Alot of times I work so much that I'm rarely seen or my presence goes unseen, by other house mates.
Im respectful to my surroundings and appreciate others spaces as well, as I expect the same for mine.
I can adapt t a living arrangement that requires little to no interaction with one another as well as total opposite and be chill with the occasional interaction with roommates and tending comfortable with minding my business and staying drama free! Rest assured, I do not have any weird creepy boyfriends, nor do I bring home stray people and believe in saving the world one person at a time! LMAO I just need a spot/home that I can call home for myself and my 2 VERY well behaved fur babies.

"Lucy & Red" (see attached pictures below) honestly
they are the most loving animals and we are a package deal.
Rest assured, they are trained behaviorally and depending on the living situation, could easily go un-noticed and not in any way an issue for others.
They don't bark unnecessarily and like I said.

My desired location, if living in a perfect, world would be in the San Gabriel valley (anywhere)! Although.

I'm open and definitely willing at this point to; Los Angeles area or anywhere actually in LA county.
My work location changes on the daily and can take me as far out as Orange County and Inland Empire.

With that being said, it's safe to say, I'm not worried about location! Id much rather focus on it being a good fit for all involved.
I have no evictions, not perfect credit.

But not horrible either.
Lol I have several references both personal and from previous landlords if need be and will gladly provide any information you need regarding my income, character and reliability! Id like to keep the cost reaching no more then $1200 per month if renting a space that has private entrance and/or studio with similar amenities.
If opportunity is to rent a room.

I'd like to keep the cost at max $900.
I prefer my own bathroom but it's not a deal breaker to share a bathroom.
