A 31 yrs guy looking to rent a room (Near Cerritos)

Hi, I'm a 31-year-old male looking to settle down near Cerritos since I just started to work nearby.
I am neat, respectful, very easygoing, and kind and go to work 9am - 6pm on every weekday :) My ideal room would look like this; - Up to $1000 is the monthly budget - Since I'm from abroad, a simply furnished room would be great, but it's not a requirement.
-Access to a kitchen or laundry will be appreciated; I won't cook often, but I'd like to make instant noodles occasionally.
