Looking for Free Rent in exchange for M@ssage and Housework (Anywhere in LA)

Hi I'm 25 years old and I have 3+ years of Massage Therapy and am in need of a place to live stay.
I am currently employed working from home.
I am considering renting an office space for massage therapy.
I am active and love to go for walks and pilates.
I currently don't have a car but I'm working on that currently.
I love to cook and am more than willing to help with that as well.
