Hi, I’m a single dad looking for a room to rent in LA or surrounding cities for my daughter and I.
Our apartment is being remodeled at the last minute and we need someplace to stay.
I’m fully employed, no criminal history, I don’t have a lot of luggage with me, no pets, and we’re very responsible and polite.
I’m open to any rent price.
