I'm transferring with my employer and relocating to WeHo.
Searching for a small studio apartment or room with private bath available.
I would even consider a chicken shack in the back yard if it has a toilet and shower haha.

I'm used to paying $1200 per month for previous studios, and that's my top budget.
Very responsible, single male (gay if it matters).
I'm very quiet, will most likely be working or watching the sunset more than I'm at home.
Non smoker, no pets, I don't party and never have sleepovers (but don't care if a roommate does any of these).
My home has always been my sanctuary or safe place and I'm very respectful of others.
I'm pretty flexible, and mostly searching for something that I can afford in a very short amount of time.
My plane lands on the 27th of March.
