I keep to myself, work in an office M-F, and have family in the area.
I moved back to SoCal last summer and have been staying with family, but it's time to give them back their space.
I prefer to rent a room in a house.
I also prefer having my own bathroom.
I'd like access to a microwave, but I don't cook much.
Mostly frozen foods, so access to a freezer would also be convenient.
I don't smoke, drink, or host guests.

I'm not in a hurry and just started looking at craigslist today (March 16) but I can move in as early as tomorrow or I can wait until June.
I've seen prices ranging from $500 to $1,100 per month.
I'm willing to pay market rate.
I'm posting this with hopes that someone is looking to rent a room but doesn't want to post an ad.
Everyone looking to rent a room has a story.
Otherwise, they wouldn't be looking to have a stranger move in with them.
