One of my roommate is moving out after 4 years and I'm looking for someone to move in by the end of March.
The room is the medium one of the 3 bedrooms in this apartment, so rent is $900, that's including all utilities.
The bathroom will be shared with the other roommate.
We are both in our mid 30's.
The roomate is still moving out, so I'll have better pictures once they've fully moved out.
We have a shared kitchen and living room.
It's all furnished and you're free to use the TV/consoles/board games or whatever else is there.
The other roommate and myself are working from home, so we're in our rooms most of the day, even on our off time.
We both work in the video game industry so we're looking for someone that's laid back and chill.
Luckily I haven't had any issues with my previous tenants as they were friend's referrals, but this time I'm having to search on here.
We're looking for someone that can clean up after themselves and not leave a stack of dishes over days, and have general roommate courtesy.
This is a month to month lease so I will need the full payment of $900 on the first of every month.
The roomate is leaving behind a dresser that you can use, unless you have your own, which is perfectly fine.
Apartment is available starting April 1st, 2024, but may be open starting March 27th.
Cross-streets are Van Ness and El Segundo Blvd.
Notes:
- 500GB interenet access
- 4 washer/dryer combos downstairs (takes quarters)
- Off-street parking
- Small pets OK (need ESA cert.
)
- No smoking
- Long term preferred, but short term OK
- No loud company after 11pm on weeknights
- Loud company from time to time on weekends, but land lady may scold us
- May require background check
- $900 to be paid start of April 1st
