74 year old retired woman searching for a private dwelling: private room, private bathroom, and ideally a private kitchen.
I am on a fixed income from Social Security and can pay up to $700/month.
I am widowed, independent, quiet, and keep to myself.
I am looking for a safe and comfortable room to call home.
I regularly spend time out in the community attending an adult day care during the weekdays and shopping or visiting friends on the weekdays.
I do not have any pets.
