Rent is $833 + utilities ($66-100 depending) and deposit.
You will have your private room and will be sharing bathroom with other roommate.
Living room and kitchen are shared.
We are looking for someone who is responsible, clean and respectful.
1 parking spot is available and also plenty of street parking available as well.
CSUN, Pierce College and Westfield Topanga are nearby.
