Hi!
I am looking to rent a room near a Metro train or subway station in the greater LA or South Bay Area.
I work near LAX and am looking to take the train to work vs.
sitting in traffic every day.
Ideally, I am looking to pay around $1,000 a month, including utilities, but am open to paying more if it is a good fit.
Your room can be furnished or unfurnished (preferred), but needs to be able to accommodate my pet dove, Buddy.
He does not make any noise, lives in a large dog crate, and stays in my room at all times.
Accordingly, I am not looking to live in a house with cats or dogs, as he’s not used to other animals.
About me:
I am a 40-year old gay male, and I work for a social media company.
I am very open-minded and get along well with everyone.
As far as roommates are concerned, I typically cook chicken and vegetables for dinner, clean up after myself, enjoy good conversation, do not drink, do not do drugs, and do not smoke.
In the past, whenever I have had a roommate, we always become really good friends, so that would be great if it happens again.
But if you are someone who keeps to yourself, I respect that, too.
If you are interested in connecting, please respond with a photo of the room you are renting and a little bit about what you are looking for in a roommate.
And finally, if this post is up, it means I am still searching for a room to rent.
Please feel free to email me day or night and I will respond as soon as possible.

While I am humbled by offers to move to areas outside of Southern California, to go on dates, etc.
, my intentions are as they appear in my ad.
This, then, means I won’t respond to “off topic” inquires, as I value your time and would not want to waste it.
Thank you, and stay well.
