i am an early retired female from Taiwan.
So, I would have stable income for rent.
i rather stay in the garage or i can buy a RV or trailer home put in ur backyard.
(can compensation $450 for land use and utilities) I am easygoing, clean (always keep things clean), responsible (always pay rent on time).
hope to find a nice place in the aboved cities with some nice people.
