I am an animal lover but have no pets of my own so I am perfectly fine living with your pets!
As the title says I am looking for included utilities and preferably access to the internet, kitchen (oven, stove, microwave), washer/dryer, and a shared bathroom (with shower) is fine as long as there is room for all my hair and skincare products (willing to downsize).
If I make banana bread muffins it is mandatory that you try one (unless allergic of course)!
Not looking for a furnished room but if you have some furniture thats great!
