My roommates are leaving LA, so I’m looking for a room within walking distance of the financial district.
I am friendly, respectful, and quiet.
I’m a gay male and spend atleast one or two nights a week over at my partners house.
Hoping to spend 1,000-1,200 on a bedroom.
