Looking for private room or living room to rent from 150-200 weekly (All los Angeles but prefer SFV /Burbank/downtown)

Hello my name is Bruce I am looking for a private room to rent or living room with privacy for 150 to 200 a week.
I want to do weekly then do monthly which will be 600 and the most 800 a month that fits my budget and I am trying to save.
About me: I am 49 year old STRAIGHT black male I work at a restaurant and also in the entertainment industry.
I am looking for long term at least 1 year and don't do drugs or smoke but I do drink.
I am very private but can be social.
I have no drama and most of the time will be out working or doing events etc.
