Hi, I’m a single mom looking for a room to rent in LA or surrounding cities.
My son is going to CSUN and will live on campus so I need to find a place of my own.
I’m fully employed, no criminal history, I don’t have a lot of luggage with me, no pets, and we’re coming from Houston, Texas.
I’m open to any rent price.
