I'm a 35 year old female looking for a single room, preferably with my own bathroom to move the last weekend of March, since I will need to be out of my current place on April 1st.
Looking for a single room, with it's own bathroom, and laundry on site, ideally utilities included, doesn't have to have a parking space but there needs to be available parking.
I would love to just have one roommate not 3or 4, we don't have to be best friends, but if we become friends that's a plus haha
I work full time in Business Development, no pets or kids, don't mind if you have animals though :)
Open to Sherman Oaks, Studio City, Valley Village, NoHo, and anywhere on the westside (Santa Monica/ Culver City/BevHills/WeHo/Westwood) !
