Seeking apt share in Santa Monica area (Santa Monica)

I will be moving down from the SF area to the Los Angeles area around early Spring 2024 and I would like to find someone looking for a roommate/housemate to share their apartment/home in the Santa Monica area.
Would be working 9 to 5, Monday through Friday remotely from home (employed for over 20 years and love my job).
I tend to be active with hobbies that include photography, marathon training, bike riding, figure modeling and acting (of course!).
I don't smoke, rarely drink, am neat and totally respectful of your time, space and things.
I'd be OK with a dog but not a cat.
I am a gay naturist male (longtime AANR member) who can be a bit shy and introverted, but I do come out of my shell.
