Friendly Veteran needs room for one month (sylmar)

hi i am looking for a room for rent for one month if anyone has one just would need internet, fridge, washer/dryer and private room i am staying at a property right now that is having work done because code enforcement has told the owners that repairs need to be done to keep the property up to code they are asking the tenants there to stay somewhere temporarily while this work is being done i am currently staying at a motel but i can't afford to pay everyday for a motel room if anyone has a room i can rent for 1 month please let me know i can move in asap and my range is 600-700 please reply with contact info and send some pics of the room thanks so much
