Hey Craigslist familia! I work full time in Hollywood area in Administration and am seeking a room in any nearby areas even possibly the valley so I can be close to work and make for a quick commute.
Maximum I can afford is $900 to $1000 all utilities included.
Prefer paying rent by Zelle, PayPal or Venmo.
I work and go to school.
I’m in my mid 30s.
Drug free, smoke free, keep to myself, no pets, quiet guy who is single.
I’m cool with different cultures and sexual orientations as long as we are respectful of others.
Looking for something long-term.
