Great Credit, Good Income, Responsible male 40 looking for quiet plac (818, 310, or 323 areas)

Hi, I can easily pay rent on time and I'm easy going.
Mainly looking for a quiet peaceful place to live so I can get a goods night sleep.
A Guesthouse or ADU might be ideal.
Or if someone has an extra room for rent in their house and we don't share walls.
(Apartments and condos normally have shared bedroom walls and people above so I'm not looking for that.
) The ideal areas would be by Encino, Sherman Oaks, Tarzana, Studio City, Brentwood, etc.
I can move in asap.
