Attracting a New Spot (Los Angeles)

Hi.
I'm a working artist currently living in the valley and looking for a new place to rent as soon as Feb 17th.
I'd like to be anywhere near the ocean or central LA down thru Long Beach.
I'm open to a wide range of options it's really all about the vibe.
I'd prefer a private room, bath, and entrance.
However, I'm also open to just renting a room in a house or apartment and sharing a bathroom and living spaces.
I'm a bit of a digital nomad so I'd like to start out short term paying weekly or daily.
I'm also open to paying for a full month up front for the right place.
I'm friendly, considerate, open to socializing, very focused and excited about my career and enjoy a healthy relationship with cannabis.
I'm a 37 year old man.
