Room/Work Exchange (Glendale, Koreatown, West LA)

Hello, I'm a clean, quiet, and responsible late 20s individual looking for a room in exchange for work between February - May 2024.
I have a part-time job on the weekends, but it's not enough to pay rent and I need a safe place to live while I look for another job.
Prior experience as an animal caretaker (horses, dogs, cats), hospice caregiver, and housekeeper, so if you need someone to help with the domestics, then here I am! Can also exchange work for a room in Burbank, Pasadena, Hollywood.
