I live close to grocery stores, malls including Walmart, restaurants, and schools for example very close to Los Angeles Valley College.
Also, the freeways are close to the 170/101/405 in the event you have a car.
If you do have a car, there is parking in our Security Garage.

The apartment itself besides having its own washer and dryer, has a kitchen with 3 microwaves, a stove/oven and refrigerator, a dining area that can sit 6 easily, and a decent-sized living room.
The building is situated on a quiet street about 6 blocks South of Roscoe and 1.
5 blocks East of Woodman in Panorama City and within blocks of the Panorama City Kaiser Hospital in the event you work there.
You will have your own private bedroom and full bathroom.
There are hookups for TV, Internet, and phone in your private bedroom.
I pay for ATT U-Verse which covers the Internet and TV if you use the hookups.
The Monthly Rental is $1,450.
00 plus we split the electric bill which runs roughly $60.
00/Person depending on the use of the Central Air-Conditioning.
*If you sign a one-year lease, then the 6th Month of your lease will be free and when taking $1,450.
00/Month and dividing that by 6 Months would bring your average Monthly Rent for the 6 months down to $1,208.
