room to share with daughter (Ventura)

Hi I'm looking for a room to share with my stepdaughter she currently stays with a friend of mine at his place .
I'm looking for a place for her to stay long term , open to relocating somewhere else , she can transfer to another school.
I do work out of town a lot three weeks out of a month or more depending on where the agency I work for sends me , I'll try to at least be there 2 or 3 days out of the month.
