Seeking private room or guest house to rent

Hi there.
I am local to the Burbank area and looking to find a room to rent in a 2-bedroom house or guest house unit.
I am a female in my 30’s and not interested in living with any males - females only please.
I have 2 cats who are litter trained and we are hoping for a place with an enclosed yard or patio to have daily sunshine time.
I am clean, helpful, respectful, lighthearted and health-oriented.
Looking for a nice and quiet place to stay within the Burbank area, preferably with a laid back person who can mirror a similar lifestyle.
