Single male looking to rent a room (LA/LA county)

I am a single man 33y/o no kids or pets.
I don’t smoke or do drugs and mostly stay to myself.
I’m very quiet and respectful.
I work full time and my job involves a lot of travel so I will not actually be home too often.
I just need clean, affordable place that I can call home for at least a year.
