Looking for a roomie :) (East Hollywood, Silverlake, Los Feliz)

Hey everyone! I am a 21yo female graduating from UCLA in mid March and am looking for a room or a roommate (or several) to share a place with, with lease starting in March or April 1st.
My full time job in financial services is in DTLA and will start in August, but I'm looking for a place to settle down before then to work part-time and also study for my grad school exams! Females only please :) I'm looking for a private room, but am ok with sharing bathrooms.
I'd prefer to live in the silverlake/los feliz area, but am flexible as to the location as long as it is safe with reliable public transport to downtown! My budget is 1400/month, but we can def work something out if your budget is lower! I'm quiet and clean and would prefer a roommate who shares these qualities, but I would also love to be friends :).
