Looking for room with private entrance or single!

I am looking for a single or room with private entrance for atleast one year.
Also I know this may be a long shot, but if you are the owner of the home and willing to accept 3 party help from a program that is willing to help me with my rent then Great! I know you may be thinking “if she has full time and part time employment why would she need rental assistance” and that’s a great question the program is 100% aware that I am employed and they are willing to help me so of course I’d like take the help and use that time to save up to help pay for school.
The program is 100% legit and you can even speak to the program coordinator to verify everything I am saying is true.
