Under his eye Brooklyn transplant, gwm40s, respectful and openminded I pay my rent on time, and reciprocated respect is a minimum for sharing a space with another person or people.
My lease is up at the end of January, and im working full time so it would be great to solidify something asap.

Ive been living in the SF valley this past year but im open to just about anywhere.
