Seeking Kind and Caring Person to Home Share For Several Hours, Overnight, or Potential Roommate Situation
Sweet woman, intelligent and self-sufficient, currently dealing with CPTSD (Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder,) is temporarily unable to stay in her home by herself for certain lengths of time.
We're seeking a kind and caring female (preferred), someone who is compassionate, responsible and honest to stay with this lovely woman on either an occasional or regular basis, .

for short increments (just a few hours,) or longer amounts of time (even overnight, if helpful).
A roommate situation, could possibly be considered.
You would be welcome to do your all your own business while there; remote school or work (WiFi available), TV, laundry, prayer time, etc.

especially if at some point, a longer term situation were to become a possibility.
The home is located between Studio City and Burbank, and at the moment, the first floor living room with bed (pictured,) kitchen, and a separate upstairs bathroom are available within a 2bd/2ba townhouse.
(There is a spare bedroom in the home as well, and while it may be potential, it is currently only storage, so it would be future potential only.
)
The ability to assist with organizing or cleaning would be a wonderful help, but other than being a support at times, no other work or assistance would be required.
We are simply looking for the consistent presence of a calm, caring and reliable person.
A person who has some kind of financial stability and positive references would be important as well.
