I work full time in North Hollywood and currently living in West Los Angeles.
Looking to move closer to my office.
looking for a room that is UNFURNISHED and well kept.
I am what you would consider super responsible as in very able to pay all my bills on time especially my rent on time.
Month to month is ideal with 30 days notice before moving out.
Single hardworking male from New York city who serves as a project manager for a construction firm in N.
Hollywood.
Jan 1st move in date if everything checks out OR Feb.
1st 2024 at the latest.
