Looking for guest house! (Huntington Park)

Hi! I’m a student looking for a guest house to rent.
I will pay rent on time, I have stable income.
I am looking for $750-$900 monthly.
I can pay a deposit.
1 bedroom 600-750ft2 is fine must have a private shower and sink.
I would prefer it to be furnished but I can acquire my own furniture.
I am a responsible person I do not smoke I am currently in school and I am very clean I wouldn’t make any noise whatsoever and do not own any pets.
